Minal Desai, known as the MasterNi, is a second-generation edupreneur deeply committed to creating forward-thinking schools. She established GEMS GENESIS International School (GGIS) in 2013. As the beloved MasterNi at GGIS, she's dedicated to personal and professional growth through continuous training and workshops. Her vision is to foster a community of change-makers.

Dr Deepa Raja
As a mother of a dyslexic child, she initially felt devastated by the societal misconceptions surrounding learning difficulties. However, her child's above-average IQ served as the inspiration for her to delve into the realm of dyslexia and special education. After obtaining qualifications in the UK, she returned to India and embarked on a journey to promote inclusive education. Over the years, her focus expanded to encompass various learning difficulties, eventually leading her to become a Special Educational Needs consultant. She firmly believes that, with the right strategies and emotional support, any child can surmount their challenges. At ISEN, tailored education is provided for each unique child to nurture their well-being.

Pooja Nair, an experienced educator for a decade, is committed to children's well-being. Her kindness and never giving up make her special in their lives. She really wants to help kids with learning difficulties because she thinks every child, no matter what problems they have, should have the chance to do well. Her journey showcases her unwavering dedication and genuine love for the children she serves.
